RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We will accept returns (your product in exchange for a replacement product) within seven (7) business days after the delivery date of products that are in the following conditions:

The item sent is not the color(s) that was ordered.

The product has factory defects.
For items that meet these conditions [RETURN/EXCHANGE], kindly contact the Ceratect Customer Service team at ceratect@gmail.com. For wrongly delivered items, please ensure that the package has not been opened or damaged with photos attached. If the exchange item is higher, customer will pay for the price difference.
Once the customer service has checked the product(s) and has the request for replacement approved, Ceratect management will send the replacement to the customer with the same shipping address within seven (7) working days.
